Get an incident
GET/v1/incidents/{id}requires incidents:read
Reads current incident state in the API key's workspace and test/live namespace. Unlike an ingestion receipt, this reflects subsequent acknowledgments and resolution. Notification contacts and provider attempts are excluded.
