Ping a heartbeat
POST/v1/heartbeats/{id}/pingrequires incidents:ingest
Records a check-in and moves the deadline. If the heartbeat had opened an incident, the ping resolves it and cancels pending escalation. Any request body is ignored. The key's test/live mode must match the heartbeat's.
